When Harry talks to a snake in front of the whole school one thing becomes clear i.e Harry has some link with the dark forces. J.K. Rowling puts Harry on a bigger mission in the second part and though this book is not very much related to the story in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, Book 3 tells how Harry is growing up.
The young boy is ready to accept difficult missions and he has more control over his magic. Finally with some help from his friends Harry can unlock the mystery of the Chamber of Secrets. There he faces the dark lord once again and the evil forces are defeated once again with some help from the headmaster of the school.
Stephen Fry narrates all the characters according to their personality in this story and the tone is kept friendly for the kids. Harry’s kindness to Dobby, in the end, proves that he is not an arrogant wizard and is bound to make many new friends in the coming parts of the series.
